Gold Marks Defined

"Gold Marks" are virtual currency used exclusively within our games as points or credits. Gold Marks have no real monetary value, no market value outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or traded for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, merchandise, or any other value.

Non-Transferable

Gold Marks cannot be transferred to other players or accounts. They belong entirely to your account and have no independent existence or value outside the Service. Upon account termination, all Gold Marks are forfeited with no compensation.

No Monetary Value

You acknowledge and agree that Gold Marks are not an investment, savings vehicle, or asset of value. They are game credits with no inherent worth. We do not guarantee any minimum value, sustainability, or future availability of Gold Marks.

Earning and Spending

Gold Marks are earned through gameplay and social engagement activities. They are spent within our games as points or to participate in game features. Any Gold Marks you accumulate are provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes and may be adjusted, reset, or forfeited at our discretion for policy violations or technical issues.

No Exchanges or Refunds

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or buybacks of Gold Marks under any circumstance. Decisions to spend Gold Marks are final and non-reversible except in cases of unauthorized access or technical errors at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech toward other users or our staff
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, or unauthorized software to gain unfair gameplay advantages

• Engage in or promote illegal activities

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations, suspend access, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies as appropriate. Violations may result in loss of all Gold Marks and permanent bans from the Service.

Our Ownership

Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or license rights to Our Content.

Effects of Termination

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of the Service must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional consumer rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms, and such rights are preserved to the extent applicable.
